Administrators, Managers and Teachers
Failure to abide by the requirements below may give rise to personal liability for you as well as legal exposure for the school.
Ensure that information you submit to, or use from, the system is done so:
- accurately and necessarily;
- in accordance with your school or L(E)A's information management policies;
- in accordance with any notices given to individuals and consents obtained from them;
- subject to appropriate access controls.
Pupils and Parents
Use of the system to access or transmit offensive, illegal or inappropriate material may result in criminal prosecution.
- You may only use this system as authorised by your system administrator.
- Do not try to interfere with the proper operation of the system - take care not to insert viruses on the system.
- Use of the system will be monitored and your access rights may be withdrawn without notice.
